Consultation Fee
Our consultation fee is currently set at $150 for a one hour consultation with a general psychologist with a Medicare rebate of $84.80 for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year for eligible patients with a mental health care plan.
Our consultation fee for a consultation with a clinical psychologist is set at $190 for a one hour consultation with a Medicare rebate of $124.50.
So regardless of which one of our psychologists you see, your out-of-pocket expense is the same if you have a mental health care plan.
The full session fee is payable at the time of your consultation. We can process your Medicare rebate at our clinic for your convenience. Please ensure your account details are registered with Medicare.

Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules sometimes change and unexpected things come up. You can change your appointment time if your availability changes, however, we require a minimum of a full business day's notice (minimum 24 hours) because your appointment time is especially reserved for you. This notice allows us to make your appointment available to someone else.
By business hours, we mean we need to know the business day before your scheduled appointment time. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday morning, we need to know that you are unable to attend on the Friday morning prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Messages and emails received out of business hours are considered to be received at 9 am the next business day.
A cancellation fee of 50% of our consultation fee (i.e.: cancellation fee of $75 for a consultation with a general psychologist and cancellation fee of $95 for a consultation with a clinical psychologist) will be charged if an appointment is missed, forgotten about, or cancelled at short notice (i.e. with less than 24 business hours notice).
